Lee Mahoney

A NW native, Lee grew up in Washington and currently lives here raising his four-legged family. He has two collies, Teagan, and Finn, who, if they could talk, would probably say they’re raising him.
Lee discovered acupuncture 15+ years ago after finishing his first career in non-profit, taking a yearlong sabbatical traveling the world with his husband. He discovered the benefits of the medicine on his own health after many years of not finding any relief. It was then that he decided he wanted to help others find this amazing but often misunderstood form of medicine.
A nationally accredited acupuncturist and herbalist and who recently finished his doctoral work, Lee loves what he does and wants his patients to reach their health goals; and part of that usually includes helping patients get back to doing the things that make them happy in life (i.e. exercise, gardening, art, etc.).
Lee specializes has clinical interest in and an excellent track record treating the following conditions:

In addition to the general health concerns of his patients. He uses a safe, gentle and effective acupuncture style centered in Japanese acupuncture practices that focuses on treating not only the individual but what the body needs the day of treatment.
Lee is a part of the LGBTQIA2s+ community and believes in and is committed to creating a safe, supportive, affirming and accepting environment for patients of all backgrounds.
His interests outside of work include travel, exploring the Pacific Northwest, reading, writing, crocheting amigurumi, baking, and spending time with friends and family including game nights, movie nights, and eating out.
